Our Staff
The BabyNook staff includes two Lactation Center Assistants and our wonderful Marin General Hospital Volunteers. Our dedicated staff members are certified nursing bra specialists and are trained to provide expert assistance to our customers with a wide variety of breast pumps. We have over 10 years of experience with Medela Breast Pump training.
Patti Cassidy, RN, is the BabyNook Manager and Lactation Center Assistant. She was a former Pediatric Nurse with 20 years experience and opened the BabyNook Gift Shop 10 years ago. Patti is also one of the product buyers and is knowledgeable about all aspects of breast pumps, baby care items and merchandise offered in the BabyNook. She also teaches the Breast Pump and Sibling classes here at Marin General Hospital.
Lorraine Trautwein is the newest member of the BabyNook Staff and is also a Lactation Center Assistant. Lorraine has had recent lactation training and is an invaluable part of our team. She started here a few years ago as one of our BabyNook volunteers. She also has expertise in bra fittings and with Medela Breast Pumps.
Together with our volunteers, the BabyNook Staff members are prepared to offer you excellent customer service and assistance with all of your purchases!
