Proposed Settlement
On June 2, the MGH Board of Directors and the Marin Healthcare District Board (MGH's landlord) both agreed to release to the public a proposal that would transfer MGH operations to the District - sometime between January 2009 and July 2010.
The proposal is a first step in reaching a Settlement Agreement between MGH and the Disrtict. Before it could become final, a number of other key steps would need to occur.
