Web Email is not broken!

The Outlook Web Access server was upgraded. Some users may experience issues. These issues are caused by having the wrong email address in Favorites.

You must access OWA through the parent login page. At the request of Sutter Security, the link has been removed from our public websites to help prevent hacking and spamming.

If you do not remember the address of the WebMail server please contact the webmaster, Webmaster@MarinGeneral.org.

Users may need to clear their temporary internet files in their internet browser. Go to 'Tools,' click 'Internet Options' and find the 'Browsing History' heading under the 'General' tab. Click the 'Delete' button, then click 'Delete Files.' Click 'Yes' when asked you if you are sure you want to do this.

Hint:
After connecting to the WebMail server, add the link to your favorites/bookmarks to make returning easier.
