Childbirth Series

Marin General Hospital offers prenatal and postnatal instruction classes for expectant parents. Our childbirth preparation classes can be taken alone or in conjunction with the Infant Care Series. The one-day Childbirth Class and the three-day Wednesday evening classes contain the same information. Participants should bring the following items to class: two Pillows, a mat or blanket and a bottle of water.
